Keeping A Clean Office

Big or small, all companies communicate a level of quality through their establishment's appearance. Not only does a clean office environment speak to your customers, but also to your employees and will reflect in their work lives and productivity.

While you may encourage employees to help maintain the office by doing their part, the attention to detail is our business.

Our commercial cleaning service breaks down in to three main concentrations - office/public space, bathrooms/kitchens and floor upkeep.

Public Space
We start with dusting and wiping down counters and work areas (including computer monitors). Corners and walls are checked for cobwebs. We will empty all trash bins while being careful not to disturb papers or personal documents. The area is concluded with vacuuming or mopping floors. Kithens and Bathrooms
Again we start with dusting and removing any cobwebs. Then the focus begins on mirrors and counters. If provided, we will refill toilet paper and soap. Next, the trash must be emptied. Most importantly the toilets and urinals are hand cleaned. Lastly the floor is sanitized and mopped.

Floor Maintenance
On a less frequent basis our customers may decide to have additional upkeep on hard floors in high traffic areas. Once a month, or at least quarterly, hard floors should be buffed. As frequently, a carpet cleaning may be necessary.
