The exterior of all major appliances are cleaned (includes ovens, refrigerators and dishwashers)
Cabinets are wiped down
Microwaves are cleaned inside and out
All counters and sinks are sanitized and scrubbed
Trash gets emptied
Floors are vacuumed
Inside of refrigerator & oven cleaned upon request
